Mr S from Lancashire was driving his car, and was indicating right. A car came up from behind and attempted to over take Mr S, causing a collision. Mrs A was a pedestrian waiting to cross the road, she crossed when the road was clear but a high speed vehicle was unable to stop in time and the car collided with Mrs A, fortunately, she did not sustain any serious injury but did sprain her ankle. After detailed negotiations, we were able to get Mrs A £2,500.00.

Mrs R was travelling as a passenger in a car, which went out of control and collided with a iron gate. She was injured. We were asked to represent her and quickly obtained a judgement against the driver. We were able to obtain a swift settlement for our client.
